The Biopsy division at C.R. Bard wanted to run a series of education courses to doctors/physicans and medical professionals throughout the year. The aim of these was to provide professinal education/teaching on their products to the attendees. Bard Biopsy Systems required a unique identity that would be synonynous with the quality and innovative products that they have on offer.
The biopsy training was all related to various different procedures/practices in which breast biopsies can be obtained. As such, the logo and branding I designed contained curvaceous soft lines, I wanted it to ooze elegance. I stayed well away from the use of pink and stuck to soft blues. At the time of production the main product that was being sold had a blue logo so I used this as my basis.
